Nicolas Bateau, chocolatier, patissier and co-founder of L'art du Chocolat. Originally from Bayonne, a city in the French Basque Country known as the chocolate capital of France. His years of work as pastry chef brought him to Ireland, where L’Art Du Chocolat began in 2013.
